Consult your dentist about this and always check a dental product for the American Dental Association seal to ensure its safety and effectiveness.
Develop healthy habits
Start developing healthy habits by eating a well-balanced diet. Teeth also need nutrients (calcium, Vitamin D, magnesium, etc.) that you can get from food. Just be mindful of sugary and acidic food and drinks, as acidity wears down the teeth’s outer layer (enamel). Acidity can, however, be neutralized by drinking plenty of water. Tell any family member who smokes to quit because smoking causes teeth stains and bad breath, among many other problems.
